- A Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) is included the new control panel. The HMI displays all the important information concerning the Condenser Water (CW) system on its 7” high resolution screen. It also records the operational status and data of the controlled equipment. The HMI also serves as a transmitter of information to the outside world via the Internet through a cellular modem or the Internet to any computer or smart phone with the login information and password. This feature allows remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
- In the event of CW system problems the HMI transmits email and text messages to the people that need to know, such as service providers and management. It also transmits a daily message to verify that it is online and working. There is no continuing cost for this through our SHAVE or PROTECTION PLAN services.
- Our years of experience in CW systems has proven that remote monitoring and messaging has reduced downtime, equipment failure, complaints, energy costs, maintenance costs and service visits.
- Here are most of the screens from the Keola La’i Condominium HMI, with permission of the management. These are examples of the images that will be viewable on the HMI screen, your computer, and your smartphone.
