  • 1. Project Turnkey price $161,761 (2013 dollars)
  • 2. Accrued electricity savings, first 17 months $171,263 (2013-14 dollars)
  • 3. Simple payback under 17 months.
  • The major work included:
  • 1. New PLC-based controls, sensors, RTDs, flow sensor, float switch, etc – complete new control system.
  • 2. Three new VFDs in ventilated & filtered stainless steel cabinets for the CTW pumps
  • 3. New ventilated & filtered cabinet for the three existing cooling tower fan VFDs
  • 4. New ventilated & filtered cabinets for the three existing CW pump VFDs
  • 5. Stainless steel discharge stack extensions for the three cooling towers.
