  • The heart of the new controls is an industrial grade Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and modules with nonproprietary software and program. The operating program is almost identical to that in use in several Oʻahu projects but is adapted to maximize the efficiency of your CW system.

  • Depending upon the details of your Condenser Water (CW) system, the new controls can include: * PLC processor including several Input/Outlet modules. * CW flow sensor * HMI – Display and Internet access * RTD temperature sensors * Pressure transducers & switches * Current sensors & switches * Cooling tower basin level switches * Analog inputs & outputs * Discrete inputs & outputs * Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for motor pump/fan speed control

  • Replacement parts for the above are stocked locally by Bartley Energy or available through local suppliers. There is never the need to bring in expensive mainland experts to diagnose or repair.

  • If there is existing CW system monitoring by your building automation system, it will remain untouched and unaffected.
