               The Protection Plan

Either financing option comes with service and warranty included.  The retrofit plus specified existing equipment requires twice quarterly monitoring with a site visit.  There are filters to change, VFD and control panel fans to replace, terminals to tighten, VFD alarms to be evaluated and visual inspection for condition.  Expensive VFDs will fail and must be replaced.  The PLC, its modules and sensors can fail.  Cooling fins on the VFDs must be cleaned.  LCD displays must be changed.  Parts and Labor for these are covered through the life of the SHAVE shared savings contract. If the Outright Purchase option is selected the same coverage comes through a quarterly ENERGY SAVER’S PROTECTION PLAN at a fixed cost with guaranteed maximum increases for the first four years, during which the customer can terminate the PLAN but Bartley Energy cannot.  A buyout option is included in the SHAVE contract.
